Extreme Zustände, Spannung, das Streben nach dem Gleichgewicht – ein Spiel zwischen
Kontrolle, Hingabe und Bestimmung: die Arbeiten von Paula Leal Olloqui balancieren auf
einer scharfen Kante zwischen Machbarem und Unmöglichen.
Versuchen, scheitern, neu beginnen - eine ständige Suche nach der Ruhe, dem Stillstand. Fragilität und Macht, Kontrolle und Zufall stehen hier nah beieinander. Ihre ortsspezifischen Skulpturen erscheinen wie eine Momentaufnahme: ein flüchtiges Schweben kurz vor dem Zusammenbruch.
